The St. Clair County Education Foundation, Inc. was formed to provide teachers additional funding for creative learning programs. This Foundation operates independently from the St. Clair County School System and is managed by separate Board of Directors. The Board consists of nineteen (19) elected (voting) members and fifteen (15) Ex Officio (non-voting) members. Such number may increase or decrease by resolution of the Board.
