MEMBERSHIPS Individual annual membership: $50 Individual members receive a certificate of appreciation Business or organization annual membership: $100 Businesses and organizations receive a certificate of appreciation and a logo decal to display.

Reaching Goals

Chair of the Foundation:

Each individual, business, or organization that donates $10,000 or more at one time, or over a period of up to four (4) consecutive years, will be distinguished as Chair of the Foundation. The donor receives a distinctive commemorative chair, which may be dedicated in honor or memory of the person(s) of the donor's choice.

Founders Club:

Each individual, business, or organization that donates $1,000 or more in one year is distinguished as a member of the Founders Club for one year. Founders Club members receive a gold plaque bearing the Foundation's logo and the member's name.

Presidents Club:

Each individual, business, or organization that donates $500 in one year is distinguished as a member of the Presidents Club for that year. Presidents Club members receive a silver plaque bearing the Foundation's logo and the member's name.

Sustainers Club:

Each individual, business, or organization that donates $250 in one year is distinguished as a member of the Sustainers Club for that year. Sustainers Club members receive a bronze plaque bearing the Foundation's logo and the members name.
